José Carlos Hassan Suárez is NGS Global’s Canada and Latin America partner, leading operations in those markets from our headquarters in Toronto.
José Carlos brings a global background with experience in the Americas, Europe and Asia. His career has focused mainly on the Executive Search and Private Banking industries. He has specialized in international search management, managing to recruit executives in most key functional areas as well as in a wide range of industries.
Before joining NGS Global, José Carlos was a Partner and China Director at Zavala Civitas Executive Search. Previously, he co-founded a Marketplace focused on the tourism sector “Mondevia” and worked for BNP Paribas and JP Morgan.
Regarding his academic training, he obtained a double degree in Business Administration and Management and Law at the San Pablo CEU University. In addition, he actively participates in different organizations that contribute to the development of young talents such as “Nova Talent” and as “Advisor” in the investment platform Ufounders to advise technology start-ups that are in the process of seeking financing.
