We are pleased to provide a recap of the recent face-to-face event held by the Spain Canada Chamber of Commerce in Toronto. The event, titled “Maintenance of the Contribution Career in Spanish Social Security from Abroad: Special Agreements”, took place on Friday, March 31st, and was a great success.
This event featured José María Pérez Gómez, Labor, Migration, and Social Security Counselor of the Spanish Embassy in Canada, who provided valuable insights and answered questions about maintaining one’s contribution career in Spanish Social Security while living abroad. Mr. Gómez discussed the special listing agreements between Canada and Spain and provided attendees with important information on how to navigate this complex system.
The attendees represented a diverse group of individuals with a keen interest in Spanish Social Security, including members of the Spanish community in Canada and those who have lived or worked in Spain. The event provided an excellent opportunity for attendees to connect with each other and share their experiences, creating a sense of community.
For those who could not attend the event, we invite you to access the presentation discussed here to gain valuable insights into maintaining your contribution career in Spanish Social Security while living abroad.
We would like to thank everyone who attended and contributed to making the event a success, and we look forward to organizing more events in the future.
