STEM WOMEN CONGRESS (SWC) is an initiative of GLOBAL STEM WOMEN that works to reduce the gender gap in STEM sectors.

Our platform aims to quantify the magnitude and impact that STEM initiatives are making to close this gap. Only by measuring can we analyse, act and correct to make real change.

We contribute to the visualisation of STEM initiatives and become facilitators and creators of opportunities, involving institutions, schools and universities, as well as public and private organisations.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?

For the last 5 years we have been carrying out the STEM Women Annual Report, an annual study in which all the STEM Women initiatives identified in Spain participate. This data allows us to make an x-ray of the initiatives that exist, to locate them territorially and to see at what stage of the educational or professional path they are.

In this way, we will be able to analyse the gaps, join forces and set global objectives together, creating and promoting new common actions.

In 2025, we want to analyse the data of the initiatives in Canada in 2024 in order to draw conclusions that will be presented in 2025.
